At CordaRoy's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your comfort; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all returned items must be in original, resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Compress your foam core if necessary and place the product in its original packaging or a suitable alternative box, ensuring all components are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
